Liberty Bakery

Liberty Bakery, reopened in Vancouver in April 2015, is a bakery and café at the corner of 21st and Main. Partners Scott Livingstone, Shannon Oksanen and Rodney Graham, all artists, had been deeply fond of the original Liberty Bakery, and wanted to keep a welcoming bakery in their neighbourhood. Liberty is a family-friendly Nordic bakery, using fresh local ingredients. Designed by artists, Liberty’s elegant and homey décor is as perfect for a coffee date with friends as for a family lunch. Open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week.
